Houseful of Windows Contest Rules

1. All entries must be received by December 31, 2008. You may obtain an official entry form by writing to: Barrier Entry Request, 7356 E. Main Street, P.O. Box 249, Westmoreland, NY 13490.

2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Barrier Systems, Inc. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Barrier Systems, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. In the event a winner has purchased a Barrier product that is all of or a part of their prize between 01/01/2008 and 12/31/2008, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

3. Grand Prize (1): Barrier replacement windows for entire home. Limit 15 windows. Prize does not include basement, garage, or mobile home windows. First Prize (2): Winner's choice of a bay or bow window. Second Prize (3): Steel Insulated Security door. All prizes include installation.

4. Sweepstakes open to residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older, except employees and their families of Barrier. This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.
