1. All entries must be received by March 1, 2010 to be entered into the 2009/2010 drawing. If received after March 1, 2010 they will be entered into the 2010/2011 drawing. You may obtain an official entry form by writing to:

2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Barrier Systems, Inc. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Barrier Systems, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that a winner has purchased a Barrier product that is all of or a part of their prize between 03/01/2009 and 2/28/2010, such prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or products. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

3. One winner will receive $15,000 worth of Barrier home Improvement products and services. The winner can choose any improvement or combination of improvements but all must be current services and products that Barrier is offering to the public.

4. Sweepstakes open to residents of New York State only, 18 years of age or older, except employees and their families of Barrier. This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.
