NOT ONLY THAT OUR BILL WAS CUT, BUT IT WASN’T JUST A LINE TO GET YOU TO BUY. THEY ARE HONEST. THAT IS REFRESHING.

The garage doors have really made a difference, especially during the cold winter months, and they look terrific. Several years ago I purchased my first windows from Barrier. The fuel oil costs the next few winters decreased significantly. Since then I have purchased several more windows. On one occasion a crack in the window resulted in a replacement at no cost to me. With the high price of fuel today, the amount in saving is amazing. Barrier Windows, Three or four years ago we purchased five Barrier Windows for our cottage on Tuscarora Lake. Prior to the installation of these windows we experienced wind coming through the old windows as it blew across the lake. We recently purchased three doors and then a second order for eight windows and a sliding glass door for a total of $11,200. The purpose of this letter is to tell you how pleased we are with the results and in particular with the workmanship of the installation by your employee, Mike Weber. The second order was place due solely to our satisfaction with mike's work in installing the doors. This is an old house and her worked until he was satisfied that the job was done right. He exceeded our expectations. His work ethic and efficiency were outstanding.

Anthony was easy to work with when orders were placed as were Greg and Brian who did the measuring.

They had excellent team work with supplies and tools readily available and they cleaned up all the old window parts. Another plus is that since the new windows were installed, my husbands health has improved a. After we moved in here 2 yrs ago, this coming October 1st , he has had pneumonia several times and a chronic bronchial cough for many months. Now he seldom clears his throat. The old mildew infested windowsills were no doubt causing him trouble.

Our first contact with your product and staff was the installation of a bay window 3 years ago. We had a specific request for copper roofing on it which required a custom made job. Your company sent Brien Blackledge, who was incredible. He is and artist, as well as a good businessman, because his quality work and recommendation of your product sold us on your siding also.

Two months ago, we purchased siding from your Cedar Ridge line. We requested Brian to do the installation and discovered, not surprisingly, that he had been promoted and no longer performed installations. However, to our delight, he called us personally and assured us that he would send a good crew and would also follow up on our satisfaction.

Otto, Charlie, and Herb came to do the job. They were friendly, polite and most of all, did a beautiful job. And let me just say, we probably weren't the easiest customers to work with. Otto and Brian had a tough job to satisfy the expectation of the company and the customer. We have an old house and it was important to us to preserve that character. This required them to be flexible in problem solving and also diplomatic in communicating when it wasn't a good compromise for the product, even of aesthetic reasons. We love the final look! In addition, we wanted you to know= not only do you have a great product, but equally important, the staff that represent and install your product set your company far above the rest.

I would like to express how appreciative I am of the crew you sent here to install my new windows on December 29, 2008 I couldn't have asked for better workers to have in my home.

I want to let you know how much we love our new replacement windows. They look amazing. They are installed in late October 2010 by your installation employee, Clinton. I was very impressed how efficient he was and he did not leave a trace on the lawn or inside my house of any indication we just put in new windows. He insulated them deeply and calked them to prevent cold air coming in. We are very happy with them and feel we receive a fair price for them. I would not hesitate to recommend Barrier windows to my friends and family. I was explained how to maintain the windows and I love how easily they open so you can clean both sides of the window without going outside to do them. I had receive several follow up calls from Barrier Windows to make sure I was satisfied with their product and installation. Yesterday around 9:15 a young man drove a pickup into my driveway. They extended their hands in greeting and stated that they were here to install new barrier windows. We waved them through the house and immediately thing happening and didn't stop until the job was done.

Both men, extremely caring at all times, answered all our questions. Signing applying all the time- never taking a break. Perfect cooperation between the two. They worked so well together, we enjoyed watching them, and their workmanship was superior-talented and skillful. My major in college was in industrial art.
